PRESENTATION FOCUS AREAS
This year we are looking for presentations that address the following
topics under our three track areas. The list of topics is suggestive of the
types of presentations for consideration, but by no means restrictive to
these specific areas.
Please note that preference will be
given to case studies. Presentations with a marketing or product bias
will be considered but only for the vendor track. |

| As the number of presentations is limited
and the interest to present at this conference is very high, please submit
your proposal as soon as possible to maximise your chance of being
accepted. Please note that preference will be
given to end-user case studies or joint vendor/user presentations. |

| SPEAKER APPLICATION
|

Presentation
descriptions should be no more than 200 words. Please indicate which
theme and topic you are submitting your summary for. |
|
> |
The
presentation description will be used by the speaker selection
committee for selection purposes and, if selected, an edited version
of this text will be used in the conference programme. |
|
> |
As the
conference approaches, we will request additional information about
your proposal as deemed necessary. |
|
> |
Prior to the
event you may be contacted by one of the ITWeb journalists for
comment. Please make time to respond to any questions they have for
you. |

| SPEAKER SELECTION
PROCESS |
| |
|
> |
Selection of
papers will be made by the speaker selection committee, which includes
industry association representatives and ITWeb. The committee’s
decision is final. |
|
> |
Speakers will
be selected on the basis of subject interest, topicality, relevance to
the above themes and topics, speaker experience and the quality of the
abstract submitted. |
|
> |
The speaker
selection committee will review the proposals and send acceptance
notifications to the speakers by 16 January 2010. |
|
> |
Presentations
with a marketing, vendor or product bias will be considered but only
for the vendor track in the exhibition area. |

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The deadline for submission of proposals is midnight on
Friday, 11 December 2009. No late submissions will be accepted.

Organisers of the conference do not provide fees for conference
speakers. However, all presenters whose talks are accepted will
receive free registration for the conference. |

Speakers will be obliged to use a customised presentation
template designed for this event. |
|
> |
Presentations in the main conference tracks will be 40 minutes
in duration, but please allow 10 minutes for questions from the
audience. Vendor track presentations will be 30 minutes in
duration. |
Please submit a short (no longer than 200 word summary) of your
presentation proposal together with your contact details by the
